In Miami, A Choice for Women health clinic is under attack by anti-choice activists that intimidate and harass the patients. For the pro-choice activists of Miami Clinic Access Project (MCAP), this is entirely unacceptable. Bringing together a committed core of clinic defenders, the members of MCAP arrive at the clinic before daybreak to position themselves between the anti-choice activists and the clinic patients. This movie chronicles months on the front lines of the grassroots struggle to keep abortion safe and legal in an increasingly hostile political climate.
